Diagnostic Service: Holter Monitoring

Holter monitor is a small, wearable device that monitors the electrical activity of your cardiovascular system (ECG) for at least 24 to 72 hours and can detect any irregularities in your heart rhythm.
Male undergoing the test is requested to shave his chest hair up to navel. It is advised to have bath or shower before the procedure starts. All patients must bring their original voter id and previous diagnostic or operative reports & film. Usually, the number of hours that the patient has to wear the device is predetermined by the doctor.
